Company Barbecue
barbecue, cooking, meat August 15th, 2007Where’s Lou today? Working from Dotzenrod’s home helping prepare for the company barbecue on Thursday! Sort of an odd-jobs role really since the pitmaster has everything under control. Three Weber style and two horizontal style smokers are going as I write this. (The horizontal on the right’s mine :)
Which are cooking turkey, pork shoulder, and beef brisket.
