I’ve got another website for youmla. (Sorry! Sorry! Sorry! The start of the post just wrote itself I couldn’t bring myself to delete it.)
Aaaanyway. Joomla! Yet another LAMP based free software package that’s fairly easy to use and highly extensible. It’s a content management system (CMS) which can really open your eyes to a different way of thinking about how sites are built or maintained.
Where’s Lou today? Working from Dotzenrod’s home helping prepare for the company barbecue on Thursday! Sort of an odd-jobs role really since the pitmaster has everything under control. Three Weber style and two horizontal style smokers are going as I write this. (The horizontal on the right’s mine :)
Which are cooking turkey, pork shoulder, and beef brisket.
Vacation’s over. It was over last week but it’s been a little busy and I didn’t blog last weekend. A series of pictures are up in the gallery if you’d like to check them out.
I’m using Gallery2 although the theme doesn’t seem to work so well with the deep blue k2 style I have on WP. Sorry about that! The pictures look the same.
Brenda and Alex both like routine and tradition. I think it gives them some sense of stability and comfort. If you compare 2007 to 2003 for example you’ll see we’ve been re-creating the same vacation for about a decade now :). Here are some thumbnails for flavor.
